LoadingThis dissertation rebuilds four MBA core tasks around diversification problems faced by firms in the Eastern Province and neighbouring Gulf energy cities: local content, contractor capability, and services export — not a generic ‘disruption’ case. Peers who used the rewritten tasks produced more operational recommendations for their employers. The old imported cases produced better slide design and weaker decisions. ALU’s School of Business should keep rewriting the core until it smells like the region’s actual P&L. A digital Arab MBA is a diversification instrument if it is specific; otherwise it is an English course with a crest.
