This paper reviews public rules and ALU student queries — it is not legal advice to a named client. The pattern is that universities must not imply that enrolment substitutes for immigration permission. ALU’s student contract and admissions pages should state that employment and residence remain the student’s responsibility, while the university provides identity-checked online study. An Arab digital university that recruits GCC professionals has a duty of clarity in law. Silence here is a teaching failure.
