This DBA thesis proposes and tests a practitioner-scholar model at Arab Leadership University: one holding-company problem, a methods spine, and a contribution that a family assembly can use. The contribution here is a related-party transaction protocol and a next-generation talent board. Examiners required the same methodological honesty as any doctorate: positionality, limits, and evidence. ALU should protect the DBA from becoming an honorary title. Digital delivery is how a chair in Kuwait studies; it is not a reason to weaken the viva.
