LoadingGraduates across the Arab world still face attestation clerks who ask where the campus is. This working paper documents Arab Leadership University’s evidence pack: transcript legend, mode of study, identity-checked award, and a named registrar channel. A sample of 120 alumni queries showed that delays clustered where the pack was missing a stamp-like visual or a verification URL that opened on a government network. Delivery mode itself was less often written as a legal bar than staff assumed. ALU must keep the pack current for each jurisdiction it claims to serve, and must not market ‘worldwide recognition’ as if attestation were automatic. Honesty is part of academic quality for a digital university serving 22 Arab states.
