LoadingArabic is a language of scholarship, not a concession. This study calibrates MBA markers at Arab Leadership University on a finance and strategy pair of tasks written in Modern Standard Arabic, with Gulf and Egyptian business terms glossed. After two calibration rounds, rank-order agreement matched the English-medium pair. The remaining error was dialectal idiom treated as error by markers from another region. A shared glossary and a rule that idiom is not a fail unless it hides the decision cut that error. ALU must resource Arabic assessment as seriously as English assessment: paid calibration, dual marking on samples, and no machine-translated case that still contains New York utilities. Quality in an Arab digital university is bilingual by design.
