LoadingStay-in-post executive practice for women leading GCC and family firms—not a UN Women badge.
Online only

Women’s executive leadership programmes often export a Silicon Valley voice into a majlis. This certificate starts in post: the bilingual pack, the localisation score, and the related-party item nobody wants minuted. You will map how Vision 2030 participation targets become headcount theatre, and how attestation of overseas leadership certificates is not evaluation of whether you can chair a committee in Arabic. Family enterprises and public bodies in Arab states are the cases. You will write an EN+AR board note, design a stay-in-post learning contract with your organisation, and refuse League of Arab States or UN logos on a personal brand this university does not control. The award is an academic certificate. It is not a listed-company director licence and not a feminist NGO appointment. It is for leaders who must keep the file moving while still in the job. You will write a board note from your current post on a related-party item, negotiate a stay-in-post learning contract that does not impersonate a secondment, and map Vision 2030 participation targets without headcount theatre. Family enterprises and public bodies are the rooms. Tuition-free online PGCert. No UN Women, bank, or LAS logos in documentary stills.
Fifteen credits, nine months: board writing, stay-in-post politics, and a workplace pack. Tuition-free online. Documentary photos without UN/LAS logos.

Modules are assessed through a published mix of coursework, applied projects, and examinations. Exam windows are announced in advance so students in other time zones are not forced into overnight sittings. Alternative arrangements are available where documented.
The published duration is 9 months. Teaching language: English and Arabic (bilingual assessment; academic Arabic required for AR-medium tracks). Actual time-to-complete depends on mode and any recognised prior learning.
This is a fully online award. You study from your country. No student visa and no campus relocation are required.
Degree tuition for this award is published as £0 / tuition-free on the online pathway. Examination or administrative fees may apply at checkout — never an annual tuition invoice. Check the Fees page for any extras.
Requirements are grouped on this page (academic, English, documents). Equivalent qualifications are considered. English may be waived after prior English-medium study.
Assessment is typically a mix of coursework, projects, and examinations. Doctoral awards include a thesis or dissertation and an oral examination. Details sit in the programme specification and module outlines.
Recognition of the award for local employment, professional licence, or ministry attestation is decided by your employer or regulator. Arab Leadership University publishes verification pages for certificates. We do not claim automatic equivalence in every country.
