LoadingWrite Maghreb employment policy as bilingual files—without AU/UN or finance-ministry logos.
Online only

Maghreb employment policy fails when dashboards ignore informal work, family enterprises, and the Gulf as a labour destination. This degree starts with those facts. You will write bilingual (Arabic-primary, English assessment option) briefs that a director can table, and you will treat attestation of foreign vocational certificates as not evaluation of skill. Vision 2030-style GCC demand shapes Maghreb sending regions: mobility, remittances, and professional recognition fights. You will interrogate youth-employment theatre, map female labour participation without UN logo copy, and keep Islamic finance and waqf employment as Maghreb institutional facts rather than Gulf-only colour. The award is academic. It is not a central-bank modeller licence and not League of Arab States employment. It is for people who must keep employment files honest when a donor English logframe has already been signed. You will write a Maghreb employment brief that counts informal and family-enterprise work, map a GCC corridor without treating remittances as a tourism story, and refuse a donor English logframe that the ministry cannot file in Arabic. Attestation of vocational papers is taught as document practice. Tuition-free online. No AU, UN, or LAS logos in teaching images.
Thirty-six credits: Maghreb labour systems, policy writing, GCC corridor literacy, and an employment-file capstone. Tuition-free online. No AU/UN/LAS logos in photography.

Modules are assessed through a published mix of coursework, applied projects, and examinations. Exam windows are announced in advance so students in other time zones are not forced into overnight sittings. Alternative arrangements are available where documented.
The published duration is 18 months. Teaching language: English and Arabic (bilingual assessment; academic Arabic required for AR-medium tracks). Actual time-to-complete depends on mode and any recognised prior learning.
This is a fully online award. You study from your country. No student visa and no campus relocation are required.
Degree tuition for this award is published as £0 / tuition-free on the online pathway. Examination or administrative fees may apply at checkout — never an annual tuition invoice. Check the Fees page for any extras.
Requirements are grouped on this page (academic, English, documents). Equivalent qualifications are considered. English may be waived after prior English-medium study.
Assessment is typically a mix of coursework, projects, and examinations. Doctoral awards include a thesis or dissertation and an oral examination. Details sit in the programme specification and module outlines.
Recognition of the award for local employment, professional licence, or ministry attestation is decided by your employer or regulator. Arab Leadership University publishes verification pages for certificates. We do not claim automatic equivalence in every country.
