LoadingPlan GCC localisation as workforce maths—not a ministry quota badge.
Online only

Gulf talent strategy fails when localisation is a colour on a vendor slide. This degree treats quotas, sponsorship, and professional recognition as a single workforce system. You will map which roles can be localised without fake titles, how family enterprises hide expatriate decision rights, and why attestation of overseas HR certificates is not evaluation of skill. Vision 2030 and peer GCC programmes are operating calendars: giga-projects, female labour participation, and oil-to-services shifts. You will write a bilingual workforce memo that survives a labour inspection narrative without claiming you are the inspector, and you will design manager training that does not insult Arabic-medium graduates. The award is academic. It is not SHRM, not a government secondment, and not AU/UN youth-employment branding. It is for planners who must keep localisation honest when recruitment marketing has already promised a nationalisation percentage. You will model a localisation pathway for a family firm that still hides decisions with expatriate titles, write a bilingual job advert that does not invent a licence, and interrogate a quota dashboard for incentive-to-lie. GCC medicals and sponsorship artefacts appear as workforce constraints, not as immigration practice. Tuition-free online. No CIPD, ministry, or LAS logos in photography.
Thirty-six credits: labour-market maths, localisation design, bilingual HR files, and a workforce capstone. Tuition-free online. No CIPD/ministry logo photography.

Modules are assessed through a published mix of coursework, applied projects, and examinations. Exam windows are announced in advance so students in other time zones are not forced into overnight sittings. Alternative arrangements are available where documented.
The published duration is 18 months. Teaching language: English and Arabic (bilingual assessment; academic Arabic required for AR-medium tracks). Actual time-to-complete depends on mode and any recognised prior learning.
This is a fully online award. You study from your country. No student visa and no campus relocation are required.
Degree tuition for this award is published as £0 / tuition-free on the online pathway. Examination or administrative fees may apply at checkout — never an annual tuition invoice. Check the Fees page for any extras.
Requirements are grouped on this page (academic, English, documents). Equivalent qualifications are considered. English may be waived after prior English-medium study.
Assessment is typically a mix of coursework, projects, and examinations. Doctoral awards include a thesis or dissertation and an oral examination. Details sit in the programme specification and module outlines.
Recognition of the award for local employment, professional licence, or ministry attestation is decided by your employer or regulator. Arab Leadership University publishes verification pages for certificates. We do not claim automatic equivalence in every country.
