This degree starts with local content: goods, services, and workforce that can be counted without lying. You will treat oil-to-services, renewables procurement, and family-enterprise subcontracting as one system. Arab Leadership University is explicit: this is not professional engineering. You will not stamp drawings. You will write a bilingual local-content plan a board can fund, interrogate vendor IKTVA-style theatre, and separate attestation of overseas engineering degrees from evaluation of whether a supplier can actually deliver. The award is academic. It is not a NOC graduate scheme, not UN climate employment, and not a dealing licence for energy commodities. It is for people who must keep diversification honest when the press release has already announced megawatts. You will map a supplier-development file that counts goods and services without counting megawatts you did not design, write a bilingual local-content note a board can fund, and keep PE language off the student transcript.
