Dual BSc in Data Analytics and Decision Science Launched to Address Regional Data Talent Shortage

To bridge the critical regional deficit in data analytics talent, Arab Leadership University and Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) have introduced a Dual Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics & Decision Science. The undergraduate curriculum combines mathematical statistics, machine learning, data engineering with SQL and Python, and executive decision-making frameworks.

Students work on real-world datasets spanning sovereign trade flows, telecom customer churn, and healthcare outcomes across the Arab region. Through rigorous capstones, students learn to translate complex statistical analyses into clear executive visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.
