High-Performance Computing: Campus-Wide MATLAB & Simulink Licence Available for Quantitative Research

To bolster scientific discovery, financial econometrics, machine learning, and physical system simulation, Arab Leadership University has activated a comprehensive campus-wide licence for **MathWorks MATLAB and Simulink**. The licence is available to all undergraduate, postgraduate, and faculty researchers across the League of Arab States and global digital cohorts.

The deployment grants unlimited access to MATLAB's high-level numerical computing language, interactive data exploration environments, and over 100 specialised analytical toolboxes—including Optimization Toolbox, Financial Toolbox, Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox, and Deep Learning Toolbox.

"Whether our researchers are modeling macroeconomic shocks, designing automated control algorithms, or simulating biomedical signals, MATLAB provides an uncompromising quantitative standard," noted the Director of Research Methods. "Students can run computations locally on desktop installations or leverage MATLAB Online and MATLAB Drive for cloud-based execution."
