This course is for managers, buyers, founders, and project leads who review commercial agreements without practising as lawyers. You will learn to read a draft, test scope, price, time, liability, data, and exit terms, and prepare precise questions for counsel. It is not legal advice and does not treat one country's law as universal. Ten lessons take about twelve hours and finish with a reusable contract reading brief.
